is a not-for profit membership trade organization that helps its members who serve the fresh perishables segment of the food industry in Northern California. The PFCNC seeks to improve the marketing of perishable foods through the combined efforts of manufacturers, marketing and sales professionals, retailers and perishable retail, food service and wholesale food distributors. We promote strong customer service and food safety throughout all facets of the perishable foods industry, while offering networking assistance to help professionals build their careers.
