The Perishable Foods Council of Northern California (PFCNC) is a not-for profit trade organization that helps its supporters who serve the fresh perishables segment of the food industry in Northern California. The PFCNC seeks to improve the marketing of perishable foods through the combined efforts of manufacturers, marketing and sales professionals, retailers and perishable retail, food service and wholesale food distributors. We promote strong customer service and food safety throughout all facets of the perishable foods industry, while offering networking assistance to help professionals build their careers. We also support the next generation of possible supporters with our Intern Program and Scholarships. These programs introduce the next generations to the perishable food industry and support their further education. Our organization also supports our community with donations, such as the Shyann Kindness Foundation and the Boys and Girls Clubs.
